OHY 75 - Original Hot Yoga

Original Hot Yoga classes are 75 minutes in length and place in a room that is heated to 105°F with a humidity level of 40%. The heat helps to improve your flexibility and your lung capacity  providing you with an anaerobic workout that gets your heart pumping.   The class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Please prepare for class by hydrating (drink water) the day before your first class, you will adjust to the heat and the postures. You will be pleased with the physical and mental benefits that come with consistent practice! The benefits are well worth the effort. Set an intention to bring your personal best to the hot room there is no limit to what you can accomplish!

OHY 90 - Original Hot Yoga

IHP - Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates a HITT class with Pilates principles. The class runs for 60 minutes.

IHP creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury.

YY - Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice focused on apply-ing moderate stress to the connective tissues tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of in-creasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based and tend to be held for longer periods of time. This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness.
